I will be doing Spooky Real Estate 🏡 Facts for the entire month of October!

Spooky Real Estate Fact 3:
IF YOU SELL A HAUNTED HOUSE YOU HAVE TO LET POTENTIAL BUYERS KNOW!! or do you??

People buy houses all the time, and in some situations, the owner must let the buyer know certain things. For example, it is illegal in some states in the USA to sell a home suspected of being haunted without letting the buyer know.
Failure to do so could result in the new buyer reversing the transaction and getting their money back. On the flip side, the new buyer may have trouble reselling the home if they aren’t made aware of the ghosts in time.
BUT Even if there's some paranormal activity going on in the house, the seller IS NOT legally required to tell the buyer that in INDIANA So, don't rely on the required Indiana Seller's Disclosure to tell you EVERYTHING you need to know about the house.....

YES! some people insist that their houses are haunted! A survey conducted by Zillow says 1 in 10 Americans have sold their homes due to paranormal activity. This can include experiences such as seeing ghosts or other possibly supernatural celestial events occurring. Hearing strange noises or voices, or feeling a presence in the house. While some people may be skeptical of these claims, for others, the presence of paranormal activity can be a serious and unsettling issue.
