Time for some drywall to be hung on this unique house we are building in Fort Wayne. Once we finish hanging the drywall we will add insulation to the attic before we mud and finish the walls and ceilings. This will help hold the heat in the house which helps the drying period of the drywall mud.

Adding a nominal 3/8-7/16” layer of spray foam to the exterior of your home when you build a home or add on to your house and it has a tremendous amount of benefits. We also add insulation batting after we foam the walls to increase the R-value protection on your home. Your heating and cooling costs are much lower doing this and your house is much quieter from outside noise. A typical home costs between $3000-$5000 extra for this application. However your return on this investment will be felt rather quickly as the years progress.
