I had the privilege of helping a family that’s near and dear to me after they had change in living arrangements for their family member. They put so much work into this place to make it the perfect blank slate for the next owner and that work paid off. Brian and I were lucky to sneak off for a cruise in mid-March, and then as soon as we got back I hit the ground running again. I’m thankful for some time away together and also for this booming spring market!

Since we got back I’ve had 4 closings with 3 amazing clients.

-Evan set out to buy his first home earlier this year and we looked at several before finding the one. We found an incredible place that offered the possibility for him and Danielle to transform it into their perfect space. I’ve been getting lots of pictures of the updates they’re doing and I can’t wait to come see the finished product!

-I had the incredible privilege of helping my sister and brother-in-law find their beautiful new home in Indianapolis! I typically stick to NE Indiana and refer to agents in other areas when I have someone with a need there, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to be directly involved on this one. ❤️ they recently moved in and have started making it their own.

-Right before my trip a previous client of mine reached out to have me help him again. Bradon’s family had outgrown their home and were ready to expand. We were able to pull together an accepted offer on a new home and get their current home listed and sold with multiple offers, all in about a week and a half! It was a whirlwind for an and they are now living in their new home in the school district they wanted.

Congratulations to these newlyweds and now homeowners!! Sometimes in a competitive market it can take a few tries before getting an accepted offer, but they went for it and ended up with a home that checked the boxes for a great price! Perseverance can pay off!
