You are invited to participate in my new research project aimed at understanding how the post-pandemic changes in your work environment have impacted your work demands, attitudes toward working from home, Work-Family Conflict, job satisfaction, and psychological well-being. I am joining forces with other colleagues, Dr. Antonio Zapata, Dr.Ernesto Rosario Hernandez, to fill the gaps of the lack of multi-cultural research projects to understand the impact on employees among a workers sample in the United States, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic.

Está invitado a participar en mi nuevo proyecto de investigación destinado a comprender cómo los cambios posteriores a la pandemia en su entorno laboral han impactado sus demandas laborales, actitudes hacia el trabajo desde el hogar, Conflicto Trabajo-Familia, satisfacción laboral y bienestar psicológico. Estoy uniendo fuerzas con otros colegas, Dr. Antonio Zapata, Dr. Ernesto Rosario-Hernandez, para llenar los vacíos de la falta de proyectos de investigación multiculturales para comprender el impacto en los empleados entre una muestra de trabajadores en los Estados Unidos, Puerto Rico y la República Dominicana.
