ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်ကြောင်း မှတ်တမ်းတင်အပ်ပါတယ်ရှင်။ ကျွန်မရဲ့ အထူးချွန်ဆုံး ဝယ်ယူသူ မိတ်ဆွေများအတွက် သူတို့ရဲ့ အိမ်သစ်လေးကို အောင်မြင်စွာ လက်ခံရရှိသွားပါပြီ။

ဒီ အိမ်အရောင်းအဝယ်လေးက ပိုပြီး အထူးခြားဆုံးဖြစ်ရတာကတော့ သူတို့ဝယ်ယူခဲ့တဲ့အိမ်ဟာ ကျွန်မကိုယ်တိုင် အပြည့်အစုံ မွမ်းမံပြင်ဆင်ထားခဲ့တဲ့ ရင်းနှီးမြှုပ်နှံမှုအိမ် (Investment home) တစ်လုံး ဖြစ်နေလို့ပါပဲ။ အကဲဖြတ်တန်ဖိုး (Appraisal value) ထက် ပိုပြီး ဈေးလျှော့ပေးခဲ့တဲ့အပြင်၊ ပြင်ရမဲ့အချက်တွေပြင်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ဝယ်သူတွေရဲ့ လိုအပ်ချက်နဲ့အညီ အပြောင်းအလဲလေးတွေ လုပ်ပေးဖို့ တောင်းဆိုလာတာတွေကိုလည်း ဝမ်းမြောက်ဝမ်းသာ လုပ်ဆောင်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ လက်ရှိ ရှိနေပြီးသား လျှပ်စစ်မီးဖို (Electric stove) အစား ဓာတ်ငွေ့သုံး မီးဖို (Gas stove) နဲ့ လဲလှယ်ပေးခဲ့သလို၊ အသုံးပြုလို့ရနေသေးတဲ့ အိမ်သာ (Toilets) နှစ်ခုစလုံးကိုလည်း အသစ်လဲလှယ်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ဒါ့အပြင် မီးဖိုချောင်နဲ့ ဧည့်ခန်း ပွင့်လင်းတဲ့ဒီဇိုင်း (Open concept) ကိုမှ တံခါးနဲ့ အခန်းခြားပေးဖို့ တောင်းဆိုချက်အရ နံရံနဲ့ တံခါး တပ်ဆင်ပေးခဲ့ပါတယ်။ ကိုယ်က ရောင်းသူလည်းဖြစ်, ကိုယ်စားလှယ် (Agent) လည်းဖြစ်နေတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ့်ရဲ့ client လေးတွေ ပျော်ရွှင်ကျေနပ်ဖို့ဆိုတာ တကယ်ကို လွယ်ကူပျော်စရာကောင်းတဲ့ ကိစ္စတစ်ခုပါပဲ။
