The market is shifting, but not in the dramatic way headlines make it sound. 🏠
One thing I’m seeing right now across Fort Wayne and the surrounding areas is that buyers are still active… they’re just more selective.
Homes that are well prepared, properly priced, and thoughtfully marketed are still moving.

The difference is that buyers are taking a little more time to make decisions, and they’re paying attention to value in a way they maybe didn’t a few years ago.

That’s not a bad thing!
It’s actually creating a healthier environment where strategy matters more than panic or pressure.

For sellers, this means presentation matters.
Pricing matters.
Condition matters.
And for buyers, it means there may finally be a little breathing room to think clearly and negotiate thoughtfully instead of feeling forced into rushed decisions.
Real estate markets are rarely “all good” or “all bad.”
