$3,512,499 pending in ONE month and that landed me as the #1 individual agent in sales volume at Century 21 Bradley, for April.

Real estate is a lot more than posting houses online. It’s long days, late nights, hard conversations, problem solving, contracts, negotiations, emotions, and being available constantly for your clients. I care deeply about what I do and the people I work with, and I think that passion shows.

✨ CONGRATULATIONS to my buyers AND sellers on this one!! ✨

This deal was one of those “everything has to line up perfectly” situations… and somehow, it did per usual. 🙌🏼

We were already under contract on my clients’ new construction home, contingent on selling their current home. With new construction, you usually have a little breathing room… or so we thought 😅

Then Friday at 5:30pm, we get the text 📱
The seller accepted another offer… which kicked us into a 72-hour contingency clock ⏳

Game on.

By Saturday morning, we had photos scheduled for 9am (huge shoutout to Dustin McKibben with Art Home Photo for making that happen so fast 🙌🏼), and I immediately reached out to my network and buyers I’ve been working closely with to let them know we were going LIVE.

Within 30 minutes of hitting the market…
One of my buyers, who I’ve been working with for over a YEAR, came through, saw it, and wrote a strong offer 💥

And just like that… everything fell into place.

Moments like this remind me how important preparation, relationships, and hustle really are.

So beyond grateful for amazing clients who trust me to move FAST when it counts!

5 closings in 1 day. And honestly… one of the most special transactions I’ve been a part of. 🫶🏼

I had a family with a vision:
👉🏼 Buy one home together
👉🏼 Sell two homes to make it happen
👉🏼 Keep the family close under one roof

Everything depended on everything… and somehow, it all lined up exactly how it was supposed to.

Here’s how it played out:

🏡 #1 – Sold in 12 HOURS to a cash buyer at asking price + 1.5 months possession 🙌🏼
(And truly some of the sweetest clients I’ve worked with)

🏡 #2 – Sold before it even hit the market
(Bittersweet — I’ve known them for years, and this was the home they built their family in 🫶🏼)

🏡 #3 – And this is where it gets special…
My grandma and her hubby have been wanting to buy for a couple years but things just weren’t in their favor yet but the everything finally came together … and she ended up being the perfect buyer for #2. 🥹
Timing like that doesn’t just happen — it aligns.

🏡 #4 – BOTH sellers officially closed on their new home together 🫶🏼
(A whole new chapter — one home, one family, and so much excitement ahead)

Days like today remind me why I love what I do.

Sometimes I feel like I make people uncomfortable, not because I’m doing anything wrong, but because I refuse to play small. I’m independent, I’m ambitious, and the way I move in my business is loud. The goals are big, the vision is clear, and I don’t keep it to myself.

This video is just a glimpse of the homes I’ve walked through this year so far—the long days, the back-to-back showings, the constant moving. What people don’t always see is the mindset behind it. I don’t just hope for the life I want, I’ve been speaking it into existence for years. Four years ago I described my dream home down to the details, and two years later I was living in it.

So when people say I’m doing too much or working too hard, it doesn’t land the same. When your work is your passion and your goals actually mean something, showing up every day doesn’t feel exhausting, it feels aligned.

I’m loud, I’m opinionated, and I’ll push people, because I want to see others grow and win too. I don’t sit in negativity, and I don’t stay stuck. I keep moving, I keep building, and I keep getting closer.

If that makes people uncomfortable, I’m okay with that. I’m not here to be smaller—I’m here to build a life and a business that most people only talk about.

If you would’ve asked me yesterday if I was excited for our Brunch & Business Social… the honest answer would’ve been no.

Ticket sales were basically nonexistent, and I was dreading putting so much effort into something that I thought wasn’t going to turn out.

But I pushed through — and I have to thank the people in my life who always remind me to look at the bigger picture.

I started reaching out, filling the room, and little by little… things shifted. Ticket sales went up. The energy changed.

And today? We had 21 people in the room.

And here’s what I realized — whether it was one person or 21… someone needed this event.

Someone made a connection.
Someone learned something new.
Someone met people they wouldn’t have otherwise met.

That’s the purpose behind these events. And that’s what I need to keep reminding myself.

Today was a huge reminder that even when it feels like it’s not working… it still might be working in ways you can’t see yet.

So thank you — truly — to everyone who showed up today.
Thank you to Jennifer for such a great talk.
Thank you to the vendors who came out and supported.
And thank you to every single person who bought a ticket and believed in this space.

Big day over here 🤍
THREE huge milestones for my clients today!!
• Closed on my sellers home after a tough market — this one sat for a bit, we worked through a rough contract, and still got it DONE 👏🏼
• Those clients officially closed on their beautiful new home for their sweet family 🏡
• AND another set of clients signed their builder agreement today to start building their dream home 🤩
Days like this remind me why I do what I do. It’s not always easy, and not every deal is smooth… but seeing it all come together for my people makes it worth it every single time.
