I grew up on a small lake in Coldwater Michigan and remember how exciting it was to go shopping at the mall in Fort Wayne. Back then there was still a skating rink in the mall and we often stopped at Arthur Treacher's for fish and chips! I have many fond memories of Fort Wayne and after graduating from IPFW with a Bachelor's of Science settled here to start my family. I have a professional backgro

und in accounting and finance and worked for 10 years in a county treasurer's office. During that time I learned to appreciate the deep connection people have to their homes and property as we helped people avoid foreclosure due to delinquent property taxes. I also realized how much I enjoy building relationships and helping people. I will bring that understanding and sensitivity along with my number skills and attention to detail to every client relationship. I value open and consistent communication and will keep you constantly updated on the process. I still remember the excitement I felt when, as a newly single mom, I was able to move from a duplex to my very own first home. It was a 3 bedroom ranch but felt like a castle! I understand that home buying and selling is a big decision and an exciting time in life and I will work hard to make the process smooth, efficient and enjoyable. In my free time I enjoy walking in my neighborhood and at the many wonderful parks in the area, going to coffee shops (Firefly is my favorite!), spending time with my family and two kitty cats and practicing yoga. I would love the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve your real estate dreams!

After more than a decade in accounting and ten years with the county treasurer’s office, Dawn discovered her passion for real estate while helping residents navigate property tax challenges and seeing firsthand the power of homeownership. 🏡

A Purdue grad with an MBA earned at 52, Dawn brings incredible dedication, financial expertise, and a client-first mindset to every transaction. She’s now pursuing her Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation — continuing her commitment to growth and excellence.

Outside of real estate, Dawn loves spending time with her four grown children and three rescue cats, and enjoys staying active through hiking, biking, swimming, yoga, and even folk dancing!
