When my out of town investors come to visit, I like to give them a uniquely Fort Wayne experience. We never visit chain coffee shops or restaurants; today it was The Friendly Fox. I helped James and Jeanetta with their first Fort Wayne investment property six years ago and we have worked together ever since… Today we met in person for the very first time. We had such a lovely time and were so busy demolishing the outstanding food, we failed to get a selfie. 🥪 ☕️
