🔑 Buyers: Inventory continues to grow, giving buyers more options than we saw a month ago. While new listings dipped slightly this week, pending sales remain strong, showing that well-priced homes are still attracting attention. Buyers have more choices, but the best homes are continuing to move quickly.
🏡 Sellers: The market remains active for sellers. Closed sales are up 9%, pending sales are up more than 30%, and overall inventory remains healthy. Buyers are still making moves, but with more homes available, strategic pricing and strong presentation are more important than ever.
🗓️ Looking Ahead:
The summer market continues to show healthy activity. Inventory has grown, sales remain strong, and buyer demand is holding steady. While we’re seeing more price adjustments across the market, motivated buyers and sellers continue to find success when they’re positioned correctly.
