We hope everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day spent honoring and remembering those who made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. Since the holiday shifted our schedule a bit, this week’s market update is arriving a day late—but the numbers are still worth a look!

🔑 Buyers: Inventory continues to grow, giving buyers more choices than we saw a month ago. Price reductions and back-on-market properties are down, which suggests many homes are entering the market priced more appropriately and buyers are making more confident decisions.

🏡 Sellers: Closed sales remain strong, and inventory is still relatively balanced for our market. While buyers have more options today than they did 30 days ago, well-prepared and properly priced homes continue to attract attention and get results.

✨ FWCS continues to lead the county in overall activity, while NACS remains one of the most competitive areas with inventory staying relatively tight. EACS posted a perfectly balanced week with equal numbers of new listings, sales, and pending contracts.
