This Month I increased rents placed a new tenant and will launch a new STR Later this month. So the first is looking mighty good!!

🚩🚩🚩This turnover one applicant started in with the sob story. Her credit was horrible and she didn’t make enough to cover the rent. 🚩
I’m hip to the game that professional tenants usually have a sob story and large sums of cash.

These door locks are a hot item! I can’t find them anywhere. Home Depot, Lowes, Best Buy!!!! The ones on Amazon are twice the price.

Using smart technology makes the hosts job easier. This includes automated messaging and automated smart lock controls for each guest
Not all nights Are built the same. Weekend nights can garner more money than weekday nights. Holidays you may even get double or triple rates
