This August marks 16 years since BND Commercial merged with the 100-year-old legendary Goldstine Knapke Company.

When the two firms came together in 2010, it combined decades of experience and deep roots in Fort Wayne commercial real estate, strengthening the relationships, knowledge, and expertise that continue to shape BND today.

Sixteen years later, we're proud of what we've built together and grateful for everyone who has been part of the journey. Here's to continuing the legacy and Setting the Curve for years to come.

Twelve years ago, Black Canyon Restaurant became one of the first major tenants to join the redevelopment of Northbrook Village.

BND Commercial was proud to play a role in bringing the project together, from the acquisition and redevelopment of Northbrook Village to working alongside Black Canyon as the restaurant established its home on Fort Wayne’s north side.

Today, Northbrook Village remains a thriving commercial center, and Black Canyon continues to be a destination for high-end dining in our community.

Congratulations to owner Chris Bartkus and the entire Black Canyon team on 12 successful years. We’re proud to have been part of the beginning and even prouder to see your continued success.
