A lot of first time home buyers are reaching out, and wanting to know the home buying process...first, get pre approved...you do not want to find the perfect home, and miss out on it, because you are not pre approved!! Plus the lender can tell you, how much house you can buy...what do you need to get pre approved...

Last 2 year's tax returns
2 year's W2's
Last 2 pay stubs
2 full months of bank statements
A copy of your driver's license

Do not assume you won't get approved, you would be surprised (many people I've gotten in a home, said, "I'll never get approved")
