First year in my new adventure! 6 total closings, 2 houses and 4 vacant land. At first I was bummed that I only have 6 BUT when I think that most realtors only have 1-2 transactions a year I realized I accomplished a lot! I pushed myself and made myself very uncomfortable. The learning curve is HUGE! But main thing is persistence. My goal for 2024-2025 is to have twice the closings. If you are looking for a new home or want to see how much your current home is worth, give me a shot. You will not find anyone who will work harder than me!
