Attention!
Three Rivers Estates, Property Owners, Inc.

We are holding the first two membership key day sessions on Friday, May 29th from 4 PM until 6 PM. And Saturday, May 30th from 10 AM and until 2 PM.
There will be other dates added. For those that live out of town, we will schedule times to accommodate them.

The locks will be changed Saturday, May 30, 2026.

Who is eligible to pay their TREPO membership dues and obtain keys?
Anyone that has “Three Rivers Estates” in the description of their property deed, in either Columbia County or Suwanee County are eligible.

We are setting the revitalization to the side and allowing Three Rivers Estates property owners the opportunity to pay their membership dues and obtain TREPO park keys that will be good through December 31st 2026. We are not requiring anyone to join or add their property to the association.

The membership and key process will run just as it did last year.

Renewing members will pay $175,
And fill out a membership application/renewal form to make sure we have all of the current contact information.
Members will asked to sign at the bottom stating that you agree to abide by the TREPO park rules and agree to show your key and identify yourself at all of the TREPO parks if asked by a TREPO representative - board members, officers, park manager or gate greeters. I understand by refusing to identify one’s self or refusing to show the key number, keys and park access may be revoked.

Many are asking why it is $175 and it is now May. You are paying for the 5 months you have already had full access to which are - January, February, March, April and May. Also, you are paying for the next 7 months you will still have full access to.

🐣 The TREPO Community Easter 🥚Egg hunt is going to be this Saturday, March 28, 2025 at 10:00am for children up to age 12.
Teens and adults are welcome to help us hide the eggs.
The Easter bunny will be there at 10:00 am to take pictures with and the egg hunt will follow. We will have treats for the children. Please let your neighbors know. See you there!

If you would like for us to provide a basket for your child please leave the name and age below. Thanks!

Volunteers are welcome.

TREPO Membership Key day, March 28, 2026, is being postponed.

Three Rivers Estates Property Owners, Inc., as the owner of the Parks, has determined that it would be in the best interest of the community to allow all those owners who currently have keys to continue to use them until further notice.

All park rules are still in effect, and the Association may change or terminate the right to use the Parks at any time, as necessary.

We want to make sure our community stays informed and has easy access to important safety information. TREPO has added a new Offender Search page to our website that is automatically updated whenever an offender moves into the area.

This page pulls updates directly from official public sources, so the information is current without anyone having to manually check or report changes. Our goal is to help residents stay aware and keep our neighborhoods safe.

What the page does:

Shows newly registered offenders who move into the area

What the page does not do:

It does not track or monitor anyone
It does not include commentary or opinion
It does not replace official state resources
