🐣 The TREPO Community Easter 🥚Egg hunt is going to be this Saturday, March 28, 2025 at 10:00am for children up to age 12.
Teens and adults are welcome to help us hide the eggs.
The Easter bunny will be there at 10:00 am to take pictures with and the egg hunt will follow. We will have treats for the children. Please let your neighbors know. See you there!

If you would like for us to provide a basket for your child please leave the name and age below. Thanks!

TREPO Membership Key day, March 28, 2026, is being postponed.

Three Rivers Estates Property Owners, Inc., as the owner of the Parks, has determined that it would be in the best interest of the community to allow all those owners who currently have keys to continue to use them until further notice.

All park rules are still in effect, and the Association may change or terminate the right to use the Parks at any time, as necessary.

We want to make sure our community stays informed and has easy access to important safety information. TREPO has added a new Offender Search page to our website that is automatically updated whenever an offender moves into the area.

This page pulls updates directly from official public sources, so the information is current without anyone having to manually check or report changes. Our goal is to help residents stay aware and keep our neighborhoods safe.

What the page does:

Shows newly registered offenders who move into the area
Updates automatically as new records are added
Helps members stay informed without having to search multiple sites

What the page does not do:

It does not track or monitor anyone
It does not include commentary or opinion
It does not replace official state resources

It is simply a tool to keep residents aware of public information already available through state reporting systems — now organized in one easy‑to‑find place on TREPO.net.

Don’t forget about this Saturday!

🎁 🎄 Three Rivers Estates will be having our Fourth Annual Christmas Extravaganza! Saturday, December 6th 2025, first weekend in December.🌲 🎁
🎅 Santa will be bringing gifts for all good boys and girls 🎁.
🎤 Music and Christmas Karaoke by DJ Ice Cream Chris 🎶 , Christmas parade 🚗 🛻 🏍️ 🚤 🚴 with a decorating contest, Christmas tree lighting 🌲 followed by Cookies and Hot Chocolate 🍪 ☕️ for all members and their guests.

It will begin at 3:00 pm for children ages 0-13 Teenagers are welcome to come out and help. The children will be making crafts, singing Christmas songs 🎶, Face painting, Glitter tattoos, Christmas snacks, and visiting with Santa 🎅.

Yes, Santa Clause will be making an early stop right here in Three Rivers Estates. He may even bring Mrs. Clause 🤶 along. You will want to let us know who will be attending so Santa can add you to his early gift list 🎁.

Name, age, boy or girl, a little about the child and activities they enjoy. Do the like outdoor or indoor activities. Favorite character or activity. Feel free to send their letter to Santa. The child must attend the event and participate to receive their gift from Santa. We must have their name right away to make sure Santa has the perfect gift for everyone.

We are also going to have a Christmas parade and that includes You! We invite you to “Decorate your ride”. Bring your Golf carts, Side by side, car, pick up trucks...etc. We will have a contest to see who can light it up the best. Show us your creativity! We will have will have 1st, 2nd and 3rd place awards for the best decorated, most unique and most Christmas spirit. We will start lining up at 5:00 pm while we still have some daylight to add your finishing touches and will start the parade once it is dark. There will be a hay ride in the parade. The route we will be taking is the big loop. Leaving Hodor park we will head down Riverside Avenue towards Midpoint park. We will follow it around to Santa Fe Drive to the left. We will continue on Santa Fe Drive passing Point park and Boat ramp until we get to Utah. Take a left on Utah and follow until you get back to Riverside Ave. Left at Riverside Ave and we will almost be back at Hodor park. We will be just in time for a cup of hot chocolate and Christmas cookies for all 🍪. Feel free to share your cookie baking skill and bring some cookies to share.
Last, but not least it will be time for the Christmas tree lighting 🎄 and a Christmas carol or two 🎶.

Please join us to kick off the Christmas season with lots of fun! This is our largest TREPO community event, come be a part of it.
