Mold has been removed by certified professionals, and now it's time for a fully revamped plumbing system. The first task of this project was to ensure that Fairmount Manor has a safe and strong roof. This was a bigger project than initially estimated. The old roof was made up of mismatched patchwork roofing that included a layer of mold and decay. Thanks to the great contractors at Connection Roofing, Fairmount Manor has a beautiful new roof, and developers can turn their attention to the property interior.
