Who you work with truly matters.

This week, I helped a single mom get approved for a rental after facing so many no’s. Even with me, we heard a few more “no’s” — but I don’t work alone, I work for the Lord. I believe He places people in our lives on purpose, and this sweet momma was one of those divine appointments.

Do I usually do rentals? No.
Do I enjoy doing rentals? Not particularly.
But my single momma heart felt hers, and I couldn’t say no.

I didn’t take her on because I had extra time — in fact, life has been full. I’ve had multiple closings, a couple next week, two new listings go active, two properties in negotiations, one under contract, and all of this while being a present momma and making time for family.

Some days, I don’t know how it all happens. But I do know this: God carries us. He gives us strength. And I swear, He gives us extra hours when we need them.

I took this on to give back. We all know rental leases aren’t about income. This was about heart. I pray God continues to use me to help others, to love freely, and to give as generously as He gives to me.
