SOLD! This one was quite a journey, which makes celebrating this closing even sweeter!

I had the privilege of helping a wonderful buyer move back home to Texas after living in Utah. She came with a very specific wish list: enough room for her large quilting machine, a dedicated sewing room and, very importantly, a laundry sink! We searched until we found a home in Abe's Landing that checked all the right boxes and felt like the perfect place for her next chapter.

The road to closing came with a few unexpected hiccups when her home in Utah fell out of contract a couple of times. Through every delay and disappointment, she remained patient and hopeful, and we kept working together to move things forward.

I’m so thankful she trusted me to walk beside her through every twist and turn. Helping her finally make it back to Texas - and into a home with plenty of room to quilt and create - was such a joy!

This closing was such a sweet reminder that God is always weaving stories together in ways we could never plan. ❤️

Eleven years ago, this buyer first came into our lives as my son’s youth pastor in Aledo and had such a meaningful impact on his faith. Fast forward to today, he is now my pastor at our church in Granbury - and I had the incredible honor of helping his family sell their home in Aledo and purchase their new home in Granbury.

Their family has become so special to ours over the years. His wife is a dear friend, my daughters now babysit their precious girls, and we have had the joy of watching our lives stay connected in such a meaningful way.

It was truly a blessing to walk alongside them through this process and help them step into this new chapter. I am so thankful for their friendship, their leadership, and the way they love and serve people so well.

SOLD! Some clients become so much more than clients, and this sweet family is such a perfect example. ❤️

I first met her several years ago when I was helping my daughter sell sweatshirts for a Godley cheer fundraiser, and I never could have imagined then what a blessing that connection would become.

Since that time, I’ve had the honor of helping her buy and sell four different properties, and somewhere along the way, she became not just a client, but a dear friend.

This time, I had the joy of helping their family sell their home in Godley and purchase their new home in Saginaw. I am so grateful for the trust they have placed in me again and again, and it means more than I can say to be part of each new chapter.

I had the honor of helping them sell their home in Aledo and purchase their new home in Godley, and it was such a blessing to walk alongside them through both sides of the process.

What made it even more meaningful is that our connection goes back long before real estate. We used to serve together in Children’s Ministry at Christ Chapel West, and getting to help their family during this new chapter was truly special.
