Correction: Water Shutoffs and September 29 Apartment Access

Good afternoon, Residents,

We want to clarify the notices about the water shutoffs and apartment access.

We prepared and sent an email notice advising all residents that water would be shut off to the entire property today, September 28, and tomorrow, September 29, for leak repairs. Unfortunately, due to a glitch in the email system, that notice did not go through. We also posted the shutoff notice on Facebook.

A separate email about apartment access tomorrow was mistakenly delivered to all residents. We only need to enter apartments in Buildings 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 11, 13, 14, 18, 23, and 27. If your apartment is in one of these buildings, we will need access to your kitchen and bathrooms for leak testing. We cannot provide a specific entry time because several buildings and apartments must be tested. Please secure your pets if you will not be home.

The water shutoff tomorrow applies to the entire property, including buildings where apartment access is not needed. We apologize for the confusion and inconvenience caused by the email error.

Water Shutoff Notice – September 28 & 29

Residents, water service will be shut off throughout River Park Place on Monday, September 28, and Tuesday, September 29, beginning at 9:00 a.m. each day while leak repairs are made.

Please plan ahead and store any water you may need during the shutoffs. We will provide updates as work progresses and let you know when service has been restored.

Water Service Interruption – Monday, September 21

Dear Residents,

Plumbco will be on-site Monday, September 21, to perform leak detection throughout the property.

During this process, water service will be turned off periodically throughout the day while they search for possible leaks. We recommend planning accordingly and keeping some water available for your immediate needs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide exact shutoff times.

IMPORTANT WATER SHUTOFF NOTICE

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the water will be temporarily shut off throughout the property on Thursday, September 10, 2026, while our plumbing company completes repairs to a water leak.

At this time, we do not have an estimated restoration time. We encourage everyone to prepare in advance by storing enough water for drinking, cooking, and other essential needs.

We will notify residents once the repairs are complete and water service has been restored. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while this necessary work is completed.

Please be advised that the water to the entire property will be shut off beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3.

A plumbing company will be on-site working to locate a water leak. At this time, we do not have an estimated timeframe for how long the water will remain off. We recommend planning accordingly and having water available for your immediate needs.

We will notify everyone once the work has been completed and water service has been restored.
