We are excited to share some great community updates with you!

Beginning June 1, 2026, residents will now have 24/7 access to the package room for added convenience. Access will be available directly through your Summit Control Sierra app (the gate app), making it easier than ever to retrieve your packages at any time that works best for you.
In addition, fitness center access will now also be available through the Summit Control Sierra app, providing an easier and more convenient way to access the amenity and enjoy your workouts right here at home.
If you do not currently have the Summit Control Sierra app installed, please be sure to download and set it up, as it will be required for both package room and fitness center access moving forward. If you need assistance getting connected, our office team will be happy to help.

Additionally, please note that effective June 1, 2026, the leasing office hours will permanently change to the following schedule:
Monday – Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Sunday: Closed

Dear Residents,
Holiday Office Closure & Trash Service Update

Please note that in observance of the upcoming holiday, the office will be closed on Monday, May 25, 2026.

Additionally, there will be no trash service on Monday, May 25th. We kindly ask that residents do not place any trash outside on Monday, as service will resume on Tuesday.

For any maintenance emergencies during the holiday closure, please call 817-737-9733 and follow the prompts for assistance.

Amazon Package Lockers Are Now Active

Hello Residents!

We’re happy to share that the new Amazon Package Lockers are now active and ready to use in the package room. While they are called Amazon Lockers, all carriers can deliver packages to the locker system.

The package room will remain open during office hours while we complete installation of the Summit Control Sierra entry system. Once installation is finished, we’ll notify everyone when the package room is available for 24-hour access.

How to Pick Up Your Package
• Visit the package room during office hours.
• Use the kiosk to enter your pickup code or scan the barcode emailed to you.
• Your locker door will open automatically.
• Please close the locker securely after removing your package.
•
A Few Reminders
• Packages must be picked up within 72 hours of delivery.
• Packages left in lockers longer than 72 hours will be returned to sender.
• Pickup codes are sent directly to residents and are not available through the office.
• If you’re not receiving notifications, we’re happy to confirm the email address on file.

Fitness Center Guidelines & Safety Reminder

Dear Residents,

We hope you are enjoying our community fitness center. To ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all, we would like to provide a friendly reminder of our fitness center guidelines. We have recently observed that some of these policies are not being consistently followed, and we appreciate your immediate attention to the following:

General Use

The fitness center is for residents only. Guests are welcome when accompanied by a resident (maximum of two guests per resident).
Use of the fitness center is at your own risk, as the facility is not supervised.
Please consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Equipment must be used according to manufacturer guidelines, including weight limits of 100–300 lbs.

Age Restrictions

Residents and guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Children under 16 are not permitted to use fitness equipment.
Children may not loiter, play, or cause disruptions in the fitness center.

Safety & Equipment

Please use equipment only as intended and do not tamper with machines.
If any equipment appears damaged or unsafe, discontinue use and report it to management immediately.
Keep walkways and equipment areas clear at all times.
Proper athletic attire is required; closed-toe shoes must be worn.
Dropping weights and excessive noise are not permitted.

Cleanliness & Conduct

Wipe down equipment after each use.
Dispose of trash in designated receptacles.
Food and pets are not allowed in the fitness center.
Please be courteous and respectful of others at all times.

Personal Responsibility

Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
In case of emergency, please call 911 and notify management as soon as possible.

Please note that management reserves the right to deny access to the fitness center for violations of these policies. Continued non-compliance may result in loss of fitness center privileges.

Friendly Reminder – Keeping Common Areas Clear

Dear Residents,

As spring and summer arrive, we’d like to send a friendly reminder about keeping our shared community spaces safe and accessible for everyone.

Please note that breezeways, stairwells, apartment hallways, and exterior walkways are considered “means of egress.” For safety reasons and to remain in compliance with the City of Fort Worth regulations, these areas must be kept clear at all times.

Items such as furniture, trash cans, large plants, bicycles, or any personal belongings should not be placed in these common areas, as they may block or obstruct pathways and create potential hazards. The use of walkways, hallways, stairwells, or sidewalks for storage is not permitted.

Please also note that our team will be conducting a property walk in the near future and will be addressing any items found in violation of these guidelines.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

Amazon Locker Installation & Package Room Access Update

Dear Residents,

We are pleased to inform you that our Amazon Lockers are scheduled to arrive and be installed on Friday, April 24.

In preparation for the installation, the package room will be closed from Wednesday, April 22 through Friday, April 24. During this time, packages will still be available for pickup; however, they will be temporarily located in the office conference room.

We kindly ask that you retrieve your packages in a timely manner, as space within the office will be limited.

Please note that once the lockers are installed, additional work will still need to be completed in the package room. Until all work is finalized, package access will be limited to office hours only.

Amazon Locker Notice Email

Good morning Residents,

We’re excited to share that Amazon lockers will be arriving at our community within the next couple of weeks!

In preparation for the installation and setup, we need to collect updated contact information for all leaseholders who may be receiving packages. Please provide the following for each applicable resident:
The apartment number and name of each resident
The email address you will use to receive package notifications
The phone number associated with package deliveries

If you plan to use an email address and phone number that are different from what is currently registered in Rent Cafe or Summit Control Sierra, you must update both your Rent Cafe account and Summit Control Sierra account with the correct email address and phone number. Unfortunately, our team is not able to make these updates on your behalf.

Deadline: Please submit or update this information no later than Friday, April 17, 2026.

Failure to provide or update this information may result in issues accessing and retrieving your packages once the lockers are in service. Please send your updated information to [email protected].

Dear Residents,

Please be advised that the City will be conducting a water line repair at a nearby property, which will require a temporary water shutoff on our street tomorrow, Wednesday, April 1st, beginning at approximately 8:30 AM.

We have been informed that the interruption may last up to half a day; however, an exact time for restoration has not been provided.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding, as this matter is beyond our control. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available from the City.
