Tarrant County Weekly Market Update (Feb 8–14, 2026)

The Tarrant County housing market showed mixed activity this week:

* 332 homes sold, up 1% year over year
* 627 new listings, up 8% year over year
* 403 homes went under contract, down 16% year over year
* 86 price increases, up 34% year over year
* 579 price decreases, down 9% year over year

Overall, new listings increased and closed sales remained steady compared to last year. While homes going under contract declined, sellers adjusted pricing strategically, with fewer price decreases and a notable jump in price increases.
