The market has been steadily shifting over the past 12 months, and we're just now starting to see it.

The green line represents the price the home was originally listed at. The blue line represents the price the home was actually sold at.

This chart is showing that people are still buying and selling homes, but now there is a disconnect between both. As always, I love sharing informative information regarding real estate, so please use me as a beacon of knowledge!

Bank of America is now introducing a "Zero- Down Payment & Zero-Down Closing Cost Mortgage"!

According to NBC News, will now offer first-time home buyers in a select group of cites (DALLAS, Charlotte, Detroit, Los Angeles, and Miami) a zero-down payment & zero closing cost.

This program is called the "Community Affordable Loan Solutions" and aims to help grow homeownership among Black and Hispanic/ Latino communities, by offering an affordable loan to purchase a home.

Residents in selected Charlotte, Dallas, Detroit, Los Angeles and Miami neighborhoods will be offered the program first.
