I now have a ChatGPT prompt for analyzing your preferred comp data AND the appraisal district's comp data.

There are two different prompts because each has a different goal.

The goal of the preferred data prompt is to support, while the goal of the appraisal district's data prompt is to oppose. You can use the output of both of these prompts to create a compelling narrative for your tax protest! I cover it all in my updated (as of this morning) Property Tax Protest Guide.

At this point, I have provided hundreds of comps to folks and it would be much too time consuming to go back and e-mail this to everyone individually, especially if they don't need it. So if you want these updated prompts and my new protest guide, PM me or drop a request in the comments.
