BUSINESS FUNDING IS WELL KNOWN✍🏾

I was thinking about how multiple people in school were selling ALL KINDS of things and could tell you why they sold those specific items. They had their business plan on POINT.

They just needed the money and source to purchase their goods. Once they found those, their profit was sufficient to cover their expenses and had a cashflow.

They "capital" cane from their parents ($40 or something like that) and bought bulk from Costco or Walmart. BAM, business funding to fund their business enough to pay their parents back and get the new Jordans that was coming out.

If high schoolers get the concept of "OTHER PEOPLE'S MONEY" why can't us business owners start putting it to work? If you had an extra $25k, what would you do with it to flip and scale your business?

FIND A MENTOR

All three of my mentors are "Self-Made" with hella help from others who let them practice, preform, support, or invest in the craft that they were developing.

There's nothing cool about you making it from "the mud" and not acknowledging the ones who didn't give up on you or gave you a chance, including the stranger.

Find a mentor or someone you can learn from TODAY. Whether that is through social media or around the corner, know that it will cut down the failures and increase the successes.

Honestly, 2 credit cards with long enough history and medium credit limits and a 80 Paydex score is more than sufficient to put in good standing with banks for business credit.

They are not looking for all the glamour that they expect to have for your personal credit. If you are doing personal funding they'll expect over 7 positive accounts that all have to be diversified like different loans, multiple average credit histories for each account, and above 730.

Regardless of what they are asking for, I love developing and finding new strategies to try out and create for my local community so here's one I recently shared!

FREE BUSINESS CREDIT STEPS

Here's some steps off the bat that you can start on today:

1) Register your LLC, partnership, or corporation

2) Setup with a name outside of a high risk industry

3) Have a business address that is a brick and mortar

4) Get an EIN for the registered business

CONTROL THE NARRATIVE.

Whether starting a business, continuing a W2, teaching your kids history, or becoming independent, set the tone of the story you are creating.

Too many people take so long to truthfully have success in their business because they attempt unnecessary "side hustles" outside of their main lane and get boggled down by the stress of doing too much. CHOOSE YOUR LANE AND MASTER IT.

You are learning swing trading, master it. Learning to flip houses, master it. Selling your merch, master it.

Time is not money; it is life, so choose to spend it wisely.

-Self Lender ($500 to $1k)
-New Coast Direct
-Secured Loans ($500 to $1k each)

Lending companies only want to see that you're credible, so 6 months is the point of reference for the majority or companies. The ideal amount of accounts you want to have is 10 accounts when going for funding

Extra sauce: mixed accounts are best. If you want to make a stronger reporting profile, add a auto line by leasing a car for 6 months on sites like Swapalease🤫

How they get all this liquid capital and let it go to waste? Operating to make sure that the PPP money is sufficient to not only help you keep your business but make it FLOURISH❗

Have other people's money make the money for us✅

Wealthy individuals already know how important group economics, equity, and OPM makes all the difference in what you can gain. But what's the point of gaining if you quickly lose it all

💭REMEMBER:
It's not about what you make, but it's about what you keep✅

I chose real estate and credit to establish income because they are the easiest to keep up with and have been fairly consistent 💯

🌟 Did you know you can have credit card debt and not show your creditors👀?🤫

Sometimes many forget that in the credit game, there are ways to finesse the system depending on how one knows how to use it.🤔

Credit Utilization ONLY shows after your statement billing date! Yes, you don't have to wait till that paper comes into the mailbox to tell how much you owe them.

📔 Note this: create an online account, look at your balances between your statement billing start date and statement billing end date. The day before the end date, PAY OFF THAT BALANCE🗣️

Or at least work to pay off at least 94%😌

🗣️ Why are so many waiting to take action when there is so much information out?

We want to look at credit as a TOOL✅
Definitely don't look at it as a cr crutch❎

💭So here's a tip: have mixed accounts like secured loans to build a relationship with banks or auto loans like those from Swapalease for 6 months to establish CREDITworthiness to gain those bigger credit limits
