Its move-in day for my clients 🎉
As soon as this home became available I contacted the agent and scheduled a time for us to go check it out. My clients decided it was a good fit for what they were wanting so we acted fast. In the span of about a week we saw this home, they applied, got cleared and approved, and have now received their keys😊🏡

Although selling your home by yourself in order to not pay out agent commissions sounds tempting, it pays to use a realtor.

A yard sign won’t cut it. Real estate agents have the right tools to market your property. When listing with an agent your property gets put on the multiple listing service (MLS). This allows thousands of buyers to see your property. Agents also take care of hosting open houses and marketing on social media to get more exposure.

Statistics continue to show that FSBOs tend to take longer to sell and sell for less than agent assisted homes. Meaning that even if you have to pay out commissions chances are you will still be netting more.

Selling your home is a stressful process. An agent will facilitate the process by helping price your home right to reach more potential buyers, negotiating on your behalf, and educating you with the paperwork to avoid legal issues. That being said, even in a sellers market it’s good to have a realtor by your side

Congratulations to my client for hitting a big milestone! She was a first time buyer who decided to go for it and buy not one but two investment properties👏🏼 The process was very quick and smooth. When it got close to closing time we had a minor delay but at the end everything worked out perfectly😁
