Delayed flights… but still leveling up ✈️📚

Delta’s system was down for hours, so we were stuck waiting — but honestly, I didn’t mind chilling in the Veterans Lounge 😂🙌

🏡 DFW Market Update – December
Homes are still sitting on the market for around 60 days, which means buyers have more flexibility, negotiating power, and room for closing cost help than we’ve seen in a long time.

📉 Good news on rates:
FHA rates have dipped — you can get as low as 5.25% with no points (depending on your situation, of course). Lower rates + longer DOM = great time for buyers to jump in.
