How active is your GC in your project?
At Crestline Residential, the goal is transparency and communication. One way this is done is via Daily Logs shared through the online Client Dashboard where project updates and photos (if necessary) are shared with the client. No matter where the client is, they don’t have to wonder and guess if movement is happening.
The fee may ‘feel’ expensive, but you are paying for 30+ years of hands on renovation and construction experience along with proper project management skill. Ultimately you get a better finished project and cut out risk.
I will say this, if your GC candidate doesn’t provide this type of clarity, find someone else… even if it is not Crestline Residential. 🔨
