I don’t share many personal wins on here, but this week is one worth celebrating. 🫣

On Monday, I had the privilege of helping a first-time homebuyer purchase nearly 12 acres with a barndominium and 2 log cabins for *almost $250,000 below the original asking price. Seeing a client accomplish such a huge milestone while negotiating an incredible deal is exactly why I love what I do. (Photo of property attached)
