This one’s a little extra special because I wasn’t just the agent… I was the buyer 🏡😅

This home hit the market, we scheduled a showing the very next day, wrote an offer that same day, and landed it in a multiple-offer situation.

About 30 days later… we were closing!

Hard to believe I’ve been licensed for almost 2 years already! Time really does fly.

I’m currently wrapping up 98 hours of continuing education to keep my license active and make sure I’m staying sharp for the people who trust me to guide them through big decisions.

That includes:
– 8 hours of legal updates to stay current with Texas real estate laws
– A brokerage course + a commercial real estate course to expand my knowledge
– And a powerhouse training focused on marketing + negotiating to better serve my clients
