At the beginning of this year I started a property management company and I’ve really loved getting to grow every part of it!

Right now I manage 28 doors between 3 different owners and handle pretty much everything that comes with it. Tenant communication, maintenance requests, lease renewals, collecting rent, minimizing vacancies, enforcing lease terms and yes, eviction court when I have to 😅

My whole goal is to make owning rental property as hands off as possible. You get your owner payout each month without having to deal with the day to day stress of maintenance calls, tenants not paying on time, coordinating repairs or all the random things that come up.

If you own rental property, or know someone who does, and you’re looking for someone to take that off your plate, I’d love to help however I can. 🤍🏡

I don’t share many personal wins on here, but this week is one worth celebrating. 🫣

On Monday, I had the privilege of helping a first-time homebuyer purchase nearly 12 acres with a barndominium and 2 log cabins for *almost $250,000 below the original asking price. Seeing a client accomplish such a huge milestone while negotiating an incredible deal is exactly why I love what I do. (Photo of property attached)

As if that wasn’t exciting enough…

This week I was also trusted with my first commercial listing. A huge thank you to my broker, Jeremy, for the opportunity. I’m looking forward to sharing more details once it’s live! 🥳

The first half of 2026 has already been filled with so much growth, learning, and opportunity, and I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted me, referred me, and supported me along the way.

If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or investing, I’d love the opportunity to help you achieve your real estate goals. 🏠🩵

This one’s a little extra special because I wasn’t just the agent… I was the buyer 🏡😅

This home hit the market, we scheduled a showing the very next day, wrote an offer that same day, and landed it in a multiple-offer situation.

About 30 days later… we were closing!

The part people don’t always see:
👉 Our offer wasn’t the highest
👉 Terms, strategy, and presentation made the difference
👉 We walked in with instant equity
👉 And yes… we negotiated in 3 refrigerators, 2 washers, and 2 dryers

Safe to say that saved us a few trips to Home Depot and a whole lot in move-in costs 😂

I’m always telling my clients timing + strategy matter… this time I got to test my own advice.

Huge thank you to Jeremy Hoffman for getting this to the finish line as both my broker and lender.

Officially a homeowner and finally walking the walk I talk every day! 🥳
