ATTENTION FUTURE HOMEBUYERS‼️

According to a recent article from Realtor.com®, the best time to buy a home is this upcoming week: the week of Sept. 29–Oct. 5. This is based on current inventory rates/amount of competition in the market, the improved interest rates, and slightly lower prices. Predictors are also showing that this may be the best week to purchase a home in the next 5 years!

🚨Also, if you haven’t heard yet, current interest rates are sitting at around 4.75% - 5%, which are the lowest they’ve been in the past 2 years! If you’re looking to purchase a new home, many builders are offering even lower rates as well. I get emails every day from builders who are offering incentives such as free appliances, and introductory rates as low as 0.99% - you heard me!!�If you need a great lender, I have several that I can recommend.

Also, if you’re a first time buyer (which means you can’t have purchased a home within the past 3 years), there are many options available for down payment assistance!

Many sellers and builders are also offering to pay for all or a portion closing costs right now.��

Remember, in 5 years, you’ll look back and be glad you purchased. Equity is a beautiful thing!
