I want to congratulate my client Nicole, who also happens to be my daughter’s mom, on buying her first home yesterday! 🏡🔑

This one was special.

We searched. Homes came and went. But the goal stayed the same: find the right home while keeping her two boys in the school district they already attend.

Mission accomplished. 🙌🏾

Then came the inspection. The Inspection Ladies uncovered a major issue with the primary shower that requires it to be completely removed and repaired properly.

The seller agreed to cover it.

Nicole brought less than $100 to closing AND received more than $13,000 toward the shower repair. Now she gets to have it done correctly and choose how she wants it to look.

Getting under contract is one thing. Making sure my client is protected and represented all the way to the closing table is another.

Even though my daughter has moved out and started her own chapter, her little brothers now have a home to call their own, get to stay in the schools they know, and have a pool waiting for plenty of family memories. ❤️
