Today was the metroport realtor tour group. During breakfast we were asked to use ChatGPT to create a warning label for people who would be meeting us for the first time.
This is what mine said.

She cares deeply about the people she represents. If you're her client, she is going to fight for you, advocate for you, and probably worry about your situation more than you realize.
She appreciates honesty, loyalty, competence, and people who **do what they say they're going to do**.
She does not particularly appreciate unnecessary drama, incompetence, wasting her time, or being told something can't be done when she suspects it actually can.
Also: if you ask her opinion, **be prepared to get her actual opinion.** You may not always get the answer you were hoping for, but you will get an honest one.
She is equal parts **sweet, stubborn, loyal, determined, sarcastic, analytical, and slightly chaotic**.
And once she likes you, you're probably stuck with her.
