My seller-client was an investor from California. The house was in bad shape after a nightmare tenant abused it (holes in walls, chipped sinks, cracked doors, torn up flooring and much more). After the eviction, I managed the renovation, and got it sold with it being on the market just 2 days (the average for this area is about 4 months). The seller was remote through the entire the process and trusted me to be his eyes and ears on the ground. And all the hard work paid off!
