Congrats to Cindy and Alberto who are first time home buyers! I crossed paths with Cindy last year, and a few months ago she reached out and said that she will be moving to DFW and wanted me to help her and Alberto find their first home. We found the perfect one that was recently built and extremely spacious for their growing family. I was able to negotiate most of their closing costs to be covered by the sellers, as well as a new roof installed prior to closing.

My seller-client was an investor from California. The house was in bad shape after a nightmare tenant abused it (holes in walls, chipped sinks, cracked doors, torn up flooring and much more). After the eviction, I managed the renovation, and got it sold with it being on the market just 2 days (the average for this area is about 4 months). The seller was remote through the entire the process and trusted me to be his eyes and ears on the ground. And all the hard work paid off!
