My favorite way to start the week is with a successfull closing!! 👏🏼🥹

Congrats to my buyer and his sweet boy for going all in on their first home and winning a multiple offer situation and even beating a CASH offer 💪🏼

They new what they wanted and I knew how to get it for them!!

I'm elated for them and know they are gonna have so much fun this summer shooting hoops in their new backyard with a built in basketball court! 🏀😎

It was smooth transactions with a couple of speed bumps at the end but with awesome clients and a strong closing team, anything is possible!! 🙌🏻

Happy Closing Day to these awesome Gals right here!! 🥹👏🏼

Mom and Daughter selling Moms house and moving her into her own custom cottage on her daughters land. The absolute sweetest ever.

After her husband passed away she decided it was time to sell the one and only home they ever bought- a new build in 1977. 🥲

I am absolutely honored to be apart of such a sentimental and delicate process and elated I was able to max out get them every dollar their home is worth. 🙌🏻💰

And I'm going to take this time to remind y'all to lookout for your grandparents and great grandparents if they are living alone. 🤍🤍

You wouldn't believe the wolf in sheep's clothing that are out there preying on the elderly and trying take advantage of them.

Thank goodness their grandkids were looking out and got her a profession real estate agent and lead her away from all the terrible offers getting thrown at her before she was even ready to sell.

People can be very cruel and convincing!!

But, these ladies came out on top and I am so incredibly happy for them!! And this is exactly why I love what I do. 🥹🙌🏻
