The NAR, National Association of Realtors, recent lawsuit settlement is officially in full effect. What does this mean for you as a buyer/seller?

As a seller, you can no longer promote the commission you’ll pay the buyer’s agent on the MLS, the website real estate agents use to find and list houses. That means as a buy or seller, you’ll have to make those negotiations privately.

Having a real estate agent to help navigate those negotiations can alleviate that stress for you as well as ensure you’re being taken care of!

Information on the recent NAR settlement!

The practice changes follow NAR's Proposed Settlement Agreement to resolve claims brought on behalf of home sellers related to broker commissions.
