May market update! 📊 -

Median sales price is down compared to last year in both markets. Active listings are up from last month but closed sales are down from last month. Still a seller’s market with 1.9 months of inventory! Hoping to see some relief on interest rates within the end of the year.

Here is the average days on market for Tarrant & Dallas County! Since the last DOM update, it has gone down drastically! 38 days for Tarrant County and 32 days for Dallas County. There is still a lot of pent up demand due to this lack of inventory!
