Closing day for my sellers!

This transaction was ANYTHING but normal. In 2018, they removed an old mobile home and built two matching units, renting out each side for $1,800 per month and generating incredible cashflow. Ready to move on to their next project, we listed to sell only to discover that traditional banks would not lend on this property since it didn’t have similar enough comps close by. After scouring the market for cash only buyers, we had to wait for the buyer’s other property to sell all while juggling short term tenants. After 6 months of diligence and patience, their big investment is paying off, and they’re ready to find their next property.
