January was a busy month for me:

I finished my Short Sale and Foreclosure class and just applied for my SFR certification. Soon, I’ll be able to assist those clients with financial hardship. Did I mentioned I finished real estate classes in December for my Florida license and have just submitted my application and finger prints. The next step will be to test.

AUGUST MARKET UPDATE! Right now, we’re experiencing what’s known as a buyer’s market. This means there are more homes for sale than there are active buyers, giving buyers more options, stronger negotiating power, and in many cases, room to ask for seller concessions like closing cost assistance or price reductions.

Why is this happening?
