Let this be your reminder:
New construction does NOT automatically mean quality construction.

If you’re buying a new build, you need to:
✔️ Inspect everything—don’t assume it’s being done right
✔️ Visit the site regularly and stay involved
✔️ Choose a builder who values communication, accountability, and craftsmanship

Because if you’re not paying attention, issues like this can easily slip through the cracks.
