Si usted o alguien que conoce tiene el estado DACA o utiliza un ITIN, esto es lo que necesita saber sobre los cambios recientes en la financiación a partir de marzo de 2025:

1. Préstamos hipotecarios 🏡

Beneficiarios de DACA:

• ❌ A partir del 25 de mayo de 2025, los préstamos de la FHA ya no estarán disponibles para residentes no permanentes, incluidas las personas con DACA.

• ❌ A partir del 18 de marzo de 2025, el USDA también eliminó la elegibilidad de los no ciudadanos en su programa de vivienda rural.

Titulares de ITIN:

• ✅ Todavía puede calificar para préstamos hipotecarios a través de prestamistas privados que aceptan ITIN.

Estos préstamos generalmente requieren un pago inicial más alto y cumplen con ciertos requisitos, ¡pero aún así es posible!
