Growing up in the West Texas town of Midland, I am so fortunate to have landed in a place that has a small town feel but has all the big city amenities. Fort Worth and the surrounding areas are growing and prospering and the real estate market here is helping to lead the way in our economic recovery. The dining scene here is incredible and since I love good food that is a favorite past time as well. I have a wonderful husband of 30+ years and two grown children who light up my life every day. Monica is a graduate of Texas Tech University and TCU and is employed by Lockheed Martin. She and her firefighter husband, Garrett, are expecting their first baby in January. My son, Austen, was drafted by the Washington Nationals in June 2014 and is currently pitching for their Minor League organization. I am so proud of my "kids" and all of their accomplishments and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them. By the way, Fort Worth is a GREAT place to raise kids.
