🏡 Closing Day 🏡

I’ve been working with Victoria’s parents to help them find a home in Mira Vista, so when Jim reached out to ask if I’d also help their daughter buy her first place, I was excited to continue helping their family.

We ended up finding the perfect condo in the Turtle Creek area of Dallas with a beautiful view of downtown.

Super excited for Victoria and the start of a new adventure!

Desperate times call for desperate measures..inventory is lower than LOW so I’ve been digging deep to find off market homes for my clients, which includes calling past sellers who’s homes didn’t sell, agents who have recently sold in the neighborhoods my buyers are looking in, etc...any way to help find homes 🏡 for my clients!

Happy birthday to one of my youngest clients this year, Victoria, and Happy Veterans Day to her dad, Joe, and all the Vets who have bravely served. We thank you for all that you do!

Victoria and her mom drove across the country to see their home for the first time and purchase it the very next day all while their dad/husband was deployed overseas. I have the utmost respect for military families and all they sacrifice for our country.

All of the things needed for a Virtual 3 day Real estate conference in this COVID era!

So excited that our team is hosting this event again this year, and selfishly excited that it’s virtual so I can attend all of the sessions while also at home with Janie! Can’t wait to grow and learn with agents all of the country!

The sweetest couple ever closed on their very first home this morning and I couldn’t be more excited for them!⁣

These two are high school sweethearts and our broker, Todd, has known them since the beginning of their relationship. He was their Young Life leader and then married them years later. So honored that he introduced them to me to help them find their very first home.⁣
⁣
They both work in essential businesses so COVID has not been easy on them, but they are such troopers and I can’t wait for them to make tons of memories in their new home (with their new puppy!!)
