When I sit across from a seller, I want them to know they’re getting the truth, even when it would be easier to say what sounds good in the moment.

Truthfully, that might mean having a pricing conversation that feels a little uncomfortable at first or taking a closer look at an offer before anyone celebrates too quickly.

Because the goal is not just getting your home sold, it’s making sure you feel informed, protected, and confident in the decisions you’re making along the way.

Stephanie was our amazing first realtor! As first time home buyers, we were very excited and nervous. Stephanie brought her expertise and professionalism right from the start. She was available for questions and handled our time frame wonderfully. We were moving from out of state and had limited time for house hunting. She brought the energy and excitement during the intense 4 days we searched. She taught us things to watch out for, how to see possible concerns, and provided honest feedback of the houses after hearing our opinions first. We felt so prepared to purchase a home and take care of it because of Stephanie. She provided time and space for us to make decisions but also kept us on schedule. She walked us through the entire house buying process and even called to check on us multiple times to make sure we didn’t have any unanswered questions. Stephanie fought for us during the negotiation phase and with her attention to detail and communication skills, even kept the seller’s agent on point. She was fun and kind throughout.
