After 1 Year on Market this baby is SOLD!! 🎉 Let me tell you, unique properties are not easy to sell. This is definitely not my first time selling an extremely unique property in a slow market, but I would say this was my hardest listing yet.
To get this house sold I invested over 10k of my own money into marketing this home, we shot 4 different professional videos of this property, sent 250 Mailers, 20,000 e-flyers, dozens of different Facebook & YouTube advertisements, an Open House, I personally showed the home to over 30 different buyers, and I likely invested 300+ hours into the sale of this home. I even had nightmares of this property never selling which would send me into a spiral of anxiety….
Let me tell you I would do the hard work 100 times over for my clients. Tony and Marie lived here for over 26 years and made a lifetime of memories in this home. They are some of the best people I have ever met, and have become the epitome of client turned into a good friend, as a young adult trying to learn how things work they have shared so much knowledge and wisdom about life and poured nothing but love over me even when it took a year to sell their house. They were never frustrated with me and understood I was doing my best in a tough market with a super unique listing. I have enjoyed every moment of working with them over the last three years and am happy to call them friends for life🩷
