Nunca había probado enchiladas del famoso chile colorado ya que en Zacatecas las preparamos diferente. Cada estado con lo suyo pero estos sabores si fueron una nueva experiencia para mi.

This is one of the most beautiful love stories in my real estate career. The Rodriguez Family invited me into their story a few years ago.

On one end, I noticed how hard it was to part ways with their first home, the home that held all their memories & love for over 20 years. On the other end, the joy in their eyes as they envisioned their dream home over the horizon.

What an honor to have been able to witness & experience the arrival to their new destination, HOME.

🙏🏼 Only God can provide this way when I stepped away to heal 🥹

🙏🏼My faith was challenged to trust Him to heal & to believe He’d somehow provide for me (single mom) because I couldn’t work the first part of this year.

🙏🏼 I committed to a stress free life this year & that’s exactly how God has covered me this season.

🙏🏼Not my will, but Your will be done Lord.

🙏🏼 My God, thank you for strengthening me & allowing me to take care of my clients.

Why were we not discouraged by the feedback from buyers and their agents???

Its all about perspective… This home’s garage was converted into an extra bedroom. ⭐️ For some families that will NOT work, but fort ONE family, it’ll be perect; along with the RIGHT PRICE, & THE RIGHT STRATEGY.

We’re thankful the Lord brought a family this weekend who needed to stay under $300K & needed the additional living square footage.

This market is tough, but my sellers are even tougher & prepared fore this tpugh market.
