First thing this morning, we got another one closed! And thankfully, this one was a remote closing just up the street, so all I had to do was get ready and head out the door. 😂

I’m so incredibly happy for my clients as they head into their next chapter and get to be closer to family. I’m definitely going to miss having them as neighbors, and I know this neighborhood will miss them too! I’m so glad they were able to enjoy their time here, make memories, and still spend time with family along the way.

And, of course, I’m always happy when Yerula with Rattikin Title is handling one of my transactions. I know I’m in good hands when she’s at the closing table!

Congratulations to two wonderful people on this exciting new chapter. Wishing you both so much happiness ahead! 🏡❤️

The kids are back in school, the sunflowers are blooming, and apparently this living room is already in its sweater-weather era. 🍂😂

Meanwhile, Texas is like… “You’ll be wearing shorts until further notice.” 🥵

But I have to admit, I’m ready for cozy mornings, cooler evenings, football, and all the fall things.

🏡 They’re officially UNDER CONTRACT! 🎉

After patiently watching the market, favoriting some beautiful contenders, touring several homes, and making a big life move, my clients have officially found the one in Spring Ranch Estates! ❤️

They also just secured jobs here in Texas, so this next chapter is officially becoming a reality. I’m SO excited for them and honored to be helping them navigate the journey from relocating to Texas to becoming homeowners here. 🤍

Congratulations, you two! I can’t wait to see you make this beautiful house your home! ✨
