I did not originally see this one coming. 🩵

I was named a Top Producer for September, and the funny part is, I wasn’t even expecting it.

I went into September with one closing scheduled. My other listing wasn’t supposed to close until October 15th.

But both listings went under contract in September, and because the buyers, buyer’s agents, lenders, title teams, and everyone involved were on top of their game, we closed one 15 days early and the other in less than two weeks.

That closing was supposed to count toward October. Instead, it landed in September and put me over the line for Top Producer.

Sometimes everything just clicks, and September was one of those months. Two smooth transactions, great people on both sides, and a very unexpected little win. ✨🩵

✨ FROM ONLINE SEARCH TO SOLD ✨

These sellers found me online, reached out, and after interviewing several REALTORS®, I was fortunate enough to earn their business.

We got their home on the market, found the right buyer, and everything just seemed to fall into place. The home is now officially closed, and it’s going to a first-time homebuyer, which makes this one even more special. 🏡

My sellers have already relocated to Oregon, so we celebrated from a little farther away with a remote closing. I couldn’t be happier for them as they move into this next chapter, and I’m equally excited for the first-time buyer getting to call this house home.

A big thank-you to the buyer’s agent for being such a pleasure to work with, and to Megan at Byers & Taylor Title in Fort Worth for keeping everything moving and helping us cross the finish line smoothly. 🩵

✨ UNDER CONTRACT + CLOSED IN LESS THAN TWO WEEKS ✨

Sometimes things fall apart so better things can fall into place.

My seller originally found me from my sign at a neighbor’s house after watching that home go under contract quickly. She called me hoping we could do the same for hers.

The market shifted, we hit a few bumps, and things didn’t go exactly as planned. But we adjusted, regrouped, and kept moving forward.

Then the right buyer came along, and this one went from under contract to closed in less than two weeks. 🏡

I’m so happy for my seller as she closes this chapter and gets to move on to what’s next. 🩵

One of those days where you look at the clock and wonder how you managed to fit an entire week into it. 😂

I was exhausted by the end of it, but getting my seller to the closing table made every bit of the chaos worth it. There’s nothing quite like ending a long day knowing you helped your clients reach the finish line. 🏡🔑

Tired. Happy. Grateful. And ready to do it all again tomorrow. 🩵✨

Two listings. Two pending sales. Two very excited sellers. 🩵

They both close next week, and I could not be more excited for both of them.

Selling a home in this market has required some patience, flexibility, and a whole lot of hanging in there. I’m incredibly grateful to these sellers for trusting me through the process and sticking with it when things didn’t always move as quickly or as smoothly as we would have liked.

Now we’re in the home stretch, and I cannot wait to get both of them across the finish line. ✨

If you know me, you know I love a good craft, but I love sharing it with friends even more. 🩵

This fall’s Pours & Planks was custom cutting boards at Atheneum C***r, with a little painting, decoupage, creativity, and a lot of laughs. 🍂✨

And honestly, this is my favorite part. A few of the people there started out as clients, and somewhere along the way, they became friends. Getting to bring old friends, new friends, and people who might not have otherwise met together in one room is pretty special.

Cute crafts, good drinks, and good people. I’ll call that a win. 🩵

One of my FAVORITE events! 🐾🌊

I’ve taken Lilly to Doggie Beach Bash at NRH2O in the past, and I always look forward to this one. It is SO much fun watching all the dogs run around, swim, play, and generally have the time of their lives. 😂

Lilly used to absolutely LOVE the wave pool and the beach volleyball areas, but unfortunately, she has officially entered her senior citizen era and is now far too distinguished for this nonsense. 😂🩵

And Rhett? Well… Rhett is a little turd, so he’s not exactly invited to the party either. 🤣

But seriously, if you have a well-behaved, vaccinated pup who loves water, this is such a fun event!
