**EVERY DAY LOOKS DIFFERENT. ❤️**
Today, I’m out putting signs in the ground for new listings and getting properties ready to hit the market.
One of my teammates is on the road — driving, doing showings, opening doors and helping clients find *the one.*
Our team lead is behind the computer working on home searches, researching properties, handling the details and doing all of that work clients don't necessarily see.
Tomorrow? It’ll probably look completely different.
Because we’re Realtors. We’re business owners. We’re moms. We’re wives. We’re drivers, therapists, negotiators, marketers, problem-solvers, magicians and about 14 other things depending on the day. 😂
We have kids to pick up, businesses to run, contracts to write, homes to show, calls to return, dinners to figure out — and approximately 47 tabs open in our brains at any given moment.
There really isn't a typical day on **The Hardy Team.**
But there IS one thing that doesn't change:

A lot of what we do happens quietly.
