Summer is the perfect time to enjoy a meal outdoors. If your community has designated grilling or picnic areas, be sure to use those approved spaces to help keep everyone safe.

A few grilling reminders:
• Never leave a grill unattended while in use.
• Keep children and pets a safe distance away from hot surfaces.
• Always dispose of charcoal safely after it has completely cooled.
• Help keep shared spaces clean by disposing of trash before heading home.

Apartment Living Tip: Keep Your Apartment Cooler This Summer

☀️ Summer temperatures are here! Keeping your apartment cool doesn't always require turning the thermostat down.

Here are a few simple ways to stay comfortable while helping your A/C work more efficiently:

✔️ Run your dishwasher and laundry during the early morning or evening when temperatures are cooler.
✔️ Keep blinds and curtains closed during the hottest part of the day to block direct sunlight.
✔️ Make sure furniture isn't blocking your air vents so cool air can circulate freely.
✔️ If you notice your A/C isn't cooling properly, submit a maintenance request as soon as possible so we can help.
