"I just sold my house in June of this year and I wound up dealing with a realtor they had so many people involved literally 9 different realtors showing my house all hours of day and night it was crazy lol I sure wished I knew of you back in June you make EVERYTHING SO SIMPLE AND EASY STRESS FREE I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family you are truly ONE OF THE GOOD GUYS May God Bless you Sir. Sometimes the best offer isn't the highest one. If you end up with a buyer who doesn't know what they are doing or doesn't perform then call us instead! Selling your house should not be a headache for you, let us handle the process.

Sometimes people know they need to sell their house, but the time just isn't quite right. I met Kaydee and Henry 2 years ago when they 1st wanted to sell their house, but we never finished the process because they had no where to move to. This week they were finally ready we got it all done for them. We will never force you out of your house just so we can buy it, we are flexible and work with our sellers to make sure their needs are met first.

Owner of this nice house called me on 9/23 after a google search & multiple offers from other investors including Open Door. We bought his house Friday by taking over his mortgage payments and giving him the cash he asked for to get his family started fresh. He was behind on payments with multiple liens, but that doesn't phase us because this is what we do.

Great people in a lousy situation. Their private lender never told them he was foreclosing and they only found out because I knocked on their door. Managed to get the auction stopped and help them start fresh with a day to spare.
