This one required some serious teamwork… and a call to Congress (no kidding). 🇺🇸🏡
Six months ago these dear clients came to me looking for their dream home with space for their growing photography business. We found it — a gorgeous home on 1.5 acres — but getting it to the closing table took some serious perseverance.
There were big hurdles along the way, and at one point it looked like we might lose it. But everyone stayed committed. The buyers, lender, title team, the sellers, and their agent all worked together to keep things moving forward.
And in the end… we got it done.
