This one mistake is costing homebuyers thousands 💸

According to a new Bankrate study, 87% of homebuyers overpay on their mortgage… not because better rates weren’t available, but because they never looked for them. The average borrower OVERPAYS $3,300 a year and $78,186 over the life of a 30-year loan.

The fix? Shop at least 3 lenders before touring homes. Lenders should be competing for YOUR business.
