For some reason, mentioning the 2018 Royal Wedding for this property intro video sounded better in my head than in real life. Now I know (and let it be a lesson) There is no world in which Harry Styles and Meghan Markle's wedding needs to be in any of your property highlight videos.

Closing day is so weird. 🥹

One minute we’re talking every single day: contracts, inspections, lender updates, life updates, kids, work drama, dinner plans… I somehow end up knowing people on a “picked out paint colors while crying in the car” level. 😂

Then today at the closing table my seller looked at me and said, “The saddest part about today is that we won’t talk to you every day anymore.”

And honestly??? Same.

Closing day feels part breakup, part graduation, part sending your kid off to college, part promotion… all wrapped into one emotional little stack of signed papers.

But for the record: you absolutely CAN still text me every day. I would love it. 🤍

Only in Fairmount 🏡✨

Monday’s closings felt like my own little HGTV show. My sellers basically swapped houses with their buyers-
one needed to downsize, one needed to upsize, and both wanted to stay in the neighborhood they love.

The stars aligned and somehow it all worked out beautifully. I'm still asking myself, wait did that really just actually work??

So grateful for good people, cooperative agents, and Fort Worth Title helping us keep everything straight… especially when every conversation involved either 5th or 6th Ave 😂 which I consistently mixed up.

This one was special and a good reminder of what this is all about.
